Terms of Service
1. The service. Over Trader provides software that lets you browse algorithmic trading models and run them as automated bots against your own exchange accounts via API keys you supply. We are a software provider: we do not custody funds, execute discretionary trades on your behalf, or provide investment advice.
2. Your account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be legally permitted to trade derivatives and digital assets in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions taken by bots you configure.
3. Exchange keys. You grant the platform trade-only access to your exchange accounts. Never enable withdrawal permissions on keys you connect. Keys are encrypted at rest; you can revoke them at your exchange or disconnect them here at any time.
4. Trading risk. All trading is initiated by configurations you choose: mode, capital, risk multiplier, drawdown stop, and approval settings. Past performance, including verified backtests, does not guarantee future results. You can lose some or all of the capital you allocate. See the Risk Disclosure.
5. Subscriptions. Paid plans are billed as prepaid terms. Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain; plan entitlements activate automatically and expire at the end of the term unless renewed.
6. Acceptable use. No market abuse, no attempts to exfiltrate models or platform internals, no use that violates your exchange's terms or applicable law. We may suspend accounts that put other users or the platform at risk.
7. Availability and changes. We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance windows pause the dashboard while bots continue per their last configuration unless halted. Features may evolve; material changes to these terms will be announced in-app.
8. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Contact. Questions about these terms: open a Support ticket from your dashboard.
